Online Super App is a web and application based gaming business that sells online advertising, in-app tokens and provides a voting platform for customers in the UK, US and Australia. Warren Littlefoot and Mike Baxter founded the concept which is to be funded by an Australian ASX Listed company. Warren and Mike will be in charge of the day-to-day management of the business.

With careful consideration of tax residency requirements, anti-avoidance provisions and the growth strategy of the business, the group was able to facilitate global operations and maximize tax efficiency through commercializing and housing IP in the UK to be licensed to each group entity for a license fee. IP Co was to be held by an Australian Hold Co which is able to utilize the non-portfolio dividend exemption in Australia and repatriation revenues to the Australian investors in the most effective manner.
