BA LLB MTax (FLC)Peter is the CEO and Managing Director of Asena Advisors. He has spent most of his career advising foreign family offices and founders on US direct investment, cross border mergers & acquisitions and the tax impact of moving country.
Peter’s core focus is extracting value for founders and family offices, and he believes in a ‘Stakeholder Framework’ to deal advisory. The ‘Stakeholder Framework’ is focused on value extraction for founders and family offices, rather than for the portfolio companies that they invest in or manage.
